This 1,200 square-foot home was remodeled and doubled in size, but maintained its modest scale. Over the years, the original structure was reconfigured several times, but the final design created a four bedroom, four bath home with a kids playroom, media room, and guest bedroom and bath in the basement. The main floor has an office with its own outside entrance, a music/art room, a master suite with a large walk-in closet, five-piece bath and a sliding door to an outside deck. The addition also included a full kitchen remodel, added a custom fireplace, three new bathrooms, replaced the HVAC system, replaced most of the electrical system and most of the plumbing. It also included a two-car garage, all new landscaping and an irrigation system. The project was completed in six months for less than $300,000.
