Titus Development took over this project at the framing stage when the previous developer suffered health issues. The New England cottage was designed for a growing family and has three bedrooms on the second floor, a two-story great room, kitchen, office and formal dining room on the main floor. Titus Development is currently finishing the basement space as a media room, exercise room, and guest bedroom and bath.
